Not only did Joseph drop it off at our rental home but came out the next day to give us all the information needed about the boat and waited while the software to the garmin electronics updated. Then, for some reason(probably my own error), when the engine died he was a simple phone call away. He even came out the next day to run a few checks, just to be sure. I would absolutely recommend using. They were great and prompt. Also explained the area and how to get to certain waypoints. GPS and Map given to understand the channels. In addition super nice and also allowed to refuel boat at gas station rather than marinas which are way more expensive. Boat ran extremely well and listing was exact.
