Do it. Book it. You won't regret it. We booked with Natalia for a five hour trip. Communication was on point from the beginning. Natalia helped us secure safe transportation from the hotel and made the entire process seamless. All we did was show up and everything was taken care of. The crew was so kind and generous (Dulce was phenomenal!) They added in special surprises- they drove us by the dolphin experience area so we could see the dolphins, stopped in an area to feed the fish, recommended a place to order lunch, then even popped off the boat to go get it for us! This was the most relaxing day for all of us. Nothing beats the sun and crystal blue water. It's an experience we won't ever forget.

He explained operating the boat very simply and clearly and we were totally comfortable on the water. And he was right there waiting for us when we returned. His boat was great. Nice and spacious and very easy to operate. All in all a great experience.
