This was the best possible experience we could have imagined for the value. Richard went above and beyond for us, very understanding, accommodating, kind, and communicative. We rented a boat for our 20th anniversary. We were late getting there. He and his wife waited for us without making us feel bad about it. Then we strayed off and got stuck when we were about to return it and they helped me figure out how to dislodge it and get back safely. Again, they did not treat us with any sense of disdain or shame us at all. Extremely nice couple who I hope will allow us the opportunity to rent from them again in the future!

FANTASTIC!!! If you want to have a great vacation make sure you rent with Alex. He arrived early and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He tailored the trip to do exactly what we wanted. Alex was so easy to talk to from the planning before hand, which was excellent to the boat ride itself. The kids had a blast tubing. He took great care to make sure the kids had a safe SUPER fun time. The boat is awesome but ALEX made this trip for us. He thought of everything and is a nice great guy.
