Full refund up to 5 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
Cancelation policy: The Lessee, 60 days before the date scheduled for the return of the vessel, may unilaterally withdraw from the charter agreement without being required to pay any compensation and with the right to be reimbursed for the amounts paid. After that period, the lessee would lose the 50% deposit in case of cancellation or no-show up on day charter. In one-day charters, if we consider that weather conditions may affect navigation safety, they may postpone the charter to another date, depending on the vessel’s availability or reimburse the entire charter fee, as the Lessee decides.
