Pepe met us at the dock and got us settled in. We went through the lagoon and into the beautiful bay to play on jetskis for an hour. Next was to Isla Mujeres to snorkel then stopped at a beachside restaurant for lunch. The boat had water, soda and beer for drinks. We had lots of relaxing fun.

Pepe and the crew took very well care of us! They picked us up from the resort per request. I also requested lunch and they came through with lunch. The entire crew was great. Pepe communicated the entire time and I will book again. Thanks again Pepe and Crew ! 5 stars from me !

We had a great time and would 100% book again. The crew was extremely nice and did everything to take care of us. It was my birthday and they had a birthday cake ready for me! Much appreciated. We had a blast swimming in the beautiful crystal clear waters of isla mujeres!

We had a great time on the boat that we rented. Our hosts were Angel and Alexis and they took care of us from the moment we got on the boat. They always made sure we were ok, that I always had a cold beer in my and and that my wife was good on her margaritas. The ceviche was great as well. Great experience overall. Would rent again.

1st i want to say Pepe was a great host. He answered all my question before i even made the reservation. Captain Donald and Angel took great care of my family once on board the boat. Made sure we were comfortable at all times. Cut up fruit for us we had with us to picking a great restaurant for us to go eat at. i will be booking again next time in Cancun. The Jet Ski was a great bonus.

We understand that life goes by, and we can't always have fun on a yacht in the Caribbean, which is why we allow tour cancellations at least two weeks in advance (12 days from the date of departure). However, if you simply don't show up or cancel less than 14 days before your departure date, we can't issue a refund of your deposit. Our tours are mainly booked two months, five months or even a year in advance. With such short notice, we will have an almost impossible task of filling the amount of time we have been reserving for you. However! The great news is that we have a 100% refund policy that's hassle-free due to inclement weather . If conditions aren't right or aren't safe for a day at sea, we offer a full refund, no questions asked. Of course, we'll do our best to reschedule depending on the weather, as you'll surely still want to go out to sea! Our entire goal is to make sure you have the best possible day on the water. Decrease in the number of people on private charter flights If you have a change in the number of people for your tour and fewer guests are showing up than planned, please let us know 7 full days in advance of the tour. We can adjust the balance accordingly, no problem! Any change in the number of people less than 7 days after the tour will be due to the original quoted rate. Why? Good question! A lot of time and effort goes into the logistics of planning a yacht charter. Supplies, staff scheduling based on the volume of guests, coordination between the team and the office, transportation and a whole world of magic behind the scenes. Transportation We can help make transportation arrangements approximately 24 hours in advance, but we can only guarantee vans 72 hours in advance of any changes in guests . It's a pleasure to get you to the ship as conveniently and on time as possible, but with other reservations, it's difficult to guarantee additional vans within 24 hours or less of the tour's departure.
