BAD WEATHER TERMS • In case of adverse weather and sea conditions, if notified 36 hours before boarding by the Harbor Master's Office or by the skipper of the boat, this will provide for a shift of the activity to another date or a refund of 90% of the total amount; • the remaining 10% will be retained by Vento di Grecale for the organization and for the work / expenses incurred for its realization. • If costs for the delivery of the boats were incurred for the realization of the activity, this cost must be paid to cover the costs incurred • We consider the following sea weather conditions aware of enjoyable navigation: Wind speed up to 20 knots – Sea waves 4-5 Beaufort rate (from 1,5mt to 2,5mt) • The program of the activity maybe change in case of force majeure in order to give to the clients the right service. The change of the program will be adopted if there are safety issues and/or adverse weather-marine conditions; • When the client decides to not participate in the activity although the Skipper has declared that the weather-marine conditions are safe, no refund shall be made
