As the owner of its advertisements, both on its website www.jamm-ja.it and on social channels, JammJa S.r.l. undertakes to do the possible to make nautical charter offers visible to the Customer and whose charter offer meets the search parameters set by the Customer. JammJa S.r.l. does not represent either the Owner, in the case of boats not owned, nor the Customer. The activity of JammJa S.r.l. consists in connecting directly with customers who want tourist services on their web pages and social channels. JammJa S.r.l. intervenes in the conclusion of the contract for the sale of the nautical charter only in the case of direct purchase in person or through its website www.jamm-ja.it, establishing only in the cases just described a direct relationship (legal for the purposes of current laws). In the case of services purchased through nautical rental platforms, JammJa S.r.l. is not responsible for clauses that are not appropriate regarding acceptance, booking, purchase. Therefore, the customer must become aware of the purchase conditions of the platforms. In the case of booking through platforms such as SamBoat, Click&Boat, JammJa S.r.l. will process 30% of the purchase plus charges in case of cancellation of the customer up to 48 hours before check-in. Only if the service cannot be carried out for security reasons also attributable to the phenomenon of bad weather purchased through external platforms, JammJa S.r.l. will not withhold 30% but only service charges. Article 2: Service Descriptions The website www.jamm-ja.it is accessible free of charge by all Internet users interested in booking and buying a nautical charter, and does not require their prior registration. The Platform catalogs the boat (s) registered on JammJa S.r.l. and which offer a boat rental/rental service, according to the search parameters set by the Customer. Article 4.1: Strict acceptance of the quote It is the Acceptance of the clauses of this contract. For the purchase of the services indicated on their website www.jamm-ja.it, the Customer by clicking the “Confirm Reservation”, “Purchase” button, the Reservation will be recorded. Article 5: Payment of the advance only in case of purchase on www.jamm-ja.it The Customer, immediately after the Booking Confirmation, will receive an email containing instructions to follow to complete the payment and the nautical charter contract. Within the same deadline of 1 day starting from the receipt of the e-mail containing the confirmation and the payment data, the Customer undertakes to pay Flegrea Charter an advance of the nautical charter equal to 50% of the entire amount of the boat cost. The mandatory extras and any optional extras will be paid directly to the charter company on the day of the rental or according to their instructions. In fact, it is not responsible for any damage caused by services managed in an indirect form Article 12: Disputes The parties undertake expressly to attempt to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise. If it is not possible to reach an amicable agreement regarding the disputes between the parties to the nautical charter contract, they undertake to invest any dispute in the competent court of the country in which the sailing vacation was carried out.
