Rental Terms: 1. Weather Cancellations: In the event of severe weather conditions, trips may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations due to weather. 2. Late Arrivals: Renters must arrive at the dock at the agreed start time. Delays beyond 30 minutes may result in a reduced rental time or cancellation without refund. 3. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made 5 or more days before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled trip will receive a 50% refund, except for the 5-day full refund policy. - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip. 4. Safety Guidelines: All passengers must adhere to the captain's instructions and follow safety protocols. Life jackets are available and required for children under 12. 5. Damage Liability: Renters are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel or its equipment. A security allowance may be used to cover repairs if needed. 6. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times to prevent damage or accidents.
