Sunday: from Rhodes to Symi • Yoga exercises at dawn by boat • Navigation to Symi • Yoga at sunset by boat or on land • Free evening for a visit to the village of Symi, Yiallos Monday: from Symi to Ghiali - Nisyros • At dawn, yoga exercises on board or on the ground • Sailing to the island of Gyali where we will stop for lunch and to swim in the turquoise waters • Afternoon route to the port of Nisyros • At sunset yoga exercises at the edge of a swimming pool with thermal waters • There is the possibility of organizing a visit to the crater of the volcano of Nisyros and the village of Nikkia Tuesday: from Nisyros to Tilos • Yoga exercises at dawn on board or on the ground • Sailing to Tilos • Lunch and swim in the bay of Tilos • Afternoon broken towards the port • At sunset yoga exercises on the boat or on the ground • In the evening we suggest a visit to the abandoned village of Mikro Chorio Wednesday: from Tilos to Halki • At sunrise yoga exercises on board or in the bay • Sailing to Halki • Lunch and swim in the bay • At sunset yoga exercises on board or on the ground • Approach to the port for dinner and visit to the village • After dinner, short navigation to the island of Alimnia, for one night at anchor, admiring the stars Thursday: from Alimnia to Panormitis • Dawn yoga exercises on the beach • Free walk on the uninhabited island • Lunch and swim in the bay • Afternoon navigation to Panormitis • At sunset yoga exercises on the beach or on board • Night at anchor under the stars Friday: from Panormitis to Rhodes • At dawn, yoga exercises on board or on the beach • Free visit to the famous monastery dedicated to the Archangel Michael.
