Rental Terms: • Launch Time - the agreed upon time you the renter receives the pontoon. • Return Time - the agreed upon time you the renter MUST return the pontoon to the launch ramp. • A fee of $50 and $75 per hour will be applied if returned late. Terms and conditions: • No Smoking • Must be 21 years or older with at least 2 years or more operating a similar vessel . • Life jackets required to wear for 7 years old and younger. It is the renters responsibility to make sure that the weather conditions will allow for you to return to the boat ramp by the return time agreed upon in rental agreement. Weather condition do not relieve renter from returning to boat ramp by agreed-upon return time. Prior to launch a damage inspection will be conducted. You the renter will be asked to inspect the pontoon for any damage within the interior and exterior of the boat as well as take any photos of any damages found. I will call to you your attention any prior damages known to the boat and make sure we both have photos and agree that said damages were there prior to your rental. Upon return, you the renter are liable for any damages that were not discussed of prior to launch and/or do not have any photos of to show they were there prior to launch. If the renter gets stuck in the water ways for reasons caused by the renter (stuck on sandbar etc) it is renter's responsibility to get boat back through towing. not to exceed 3 miles offshore. Must have the required qualifications in order to legally operate a vessel in the state of Florida, provide proof of Valid Drivers License. No criminal onvictions or pleas of no contest ever. The boat must not exceed 3 miles from offshore Must have 2 yrs boating experience on a similar vessel The boat is delivered and picked up free of charge to King Fish Boat Ramp or Warner's Bayou or to your local Boat Ramp for a nominal fee. kayak available for an additional fee Gas full on arrival, renter responsible for filling up upon return. The boat provider can fill gas back up if agreed upon for a fee of gas used. Age Requirement & Boat Safety Certificate per Florida: Anyone born ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 1988, must have a boater safety I.D. card and be 18 years old to rent a boat. Take the Boater Safety Course online to get your Certification Their is a security allowance is not included in the price the owner offers you and is not charged at the time of booking. However, GetMyBoat may charge you up to the $1000 maximum of the security allowance if an owner provides evidence for a valid claim for damages, gas, loss of property.
