Additional documents requiring client review and signture will be sent upon booking. Documents include charter terms of service, client code of conduct, and release of liability. Our company through its captain, reserves the right to terminate the charter for any breech of the conditions of the cruise or code of conduct without reimbursement to the CHARTERER. We reserve the exclusive right to cancel the charter if weather conditions exist that are deemed unsafe by the captain of if mechanical issues that arise making it unsafe or impossible to conduct the charter; Charterer can elect to receive a refund or get credit toward an equivalent charter on a future date.  CHARTERER may cancel the cruise up to 48 hours in advance of charter and receive a full refund.  Cancellations after that date result in the forfeiture of the payment made. Code of Conduct We strive to create an enjoyable, relaxing, family-friendly, safe and respectful experience for our clients.  Clients must follow the direction and instructions of the captain at all times.  Failure to do so will result in termination of the charter. Please also take note of the following allowed and prohibited activities:  Allowed Up to 6 passengers Eating and Drinking – Please refrain from bringing red wine and other foods / liquids that stain readily Music – Provided via Vessel Equipped Blue-tooth Soundsystem Swimming Use of Flotation Devices Alcohol (Beer and Wine) Kids under 12 – Must Wear USCG Approved Life Jackets while vessel is underway  Prohibited Pets Red Wine and other liquids / foods that stain Fishing Smoking Use of Cabin Berths (Beds) Rough Housing, Running, Horseplay Diving from Boat (except from swim platform) Nudity Drugs Littering  Boat Amenities Indoor Bathroom Bluetooth Stereo Flotation Devices Cooler / Ice Chest Refrigerator Swim Platform with Ladder and Shower Dining Table / Buffet Console Bow Cushions
