She is a brand new Deck Boat, designed for entertaining and experience making, offering lots of space and freeboard for friends and family, comfortably accommodates 9 people. Equipped with Bluetooth speakers, music system, foldable Bimini shade cover, first aid kit, adult life jackets, & children's life jackets as well as all USCG regulated safety equipment, rod holders, swim ladder (front & back), anchor, cooler - ice chest, GPS, depth finder, watersports equipment, steering wheel, VHF Radio. Featuring a big sun lounge at the back for sunbathing and spacious seating at the bow for a nice breeze and wonderful view of Galveston bay. Soft touch carpet comfy to walk and an ambient color LED lights for an evening romantic experience. Bring your crowd, snacks and drinks ... we can add a tube, wakeboard, float and more for much fun day on the water. Cost of fuel is not included in price and to be charged at the end of the trip or to be deducted from the security allowance. 2. Shoes must come off before entering the boat. 3. Cleaning fee $50 - $250 to apply if the boat is not returned in a clean condition to be subtracted from the security allowance. 4. All water sports, water toys rent for an additional $50 each for the entire rental period, $15 cooler filled with ice. 5. Boat will be @ Boat Ramp of the 61st street, Galveston. 6. Cost to hire a captain $50 per hour. Shall you need a captain at the same day of the booking price is $70 per hour. Tips for the Captain are encouraged. 7. Pets are not allowed on the boat. 8. Arrive 15 min early at the boat so we can get you situated, and you depart on time. 9. Return 15 min before your term expires for smooth completion of your trip. 10. Free parking available at the Lee & Joe Jamail Bay Park, Galveston Tx. and then walk to the boat ramp (2 min walk). Parking not allowed near the boat ramp - for boat & trailers only. 11. Be on time for your booking so you don't lose any of your paid awesome boating experience. Late show ups don't get extended by default. Your boating times are the exact hours in the day that you have booked. (Ex.: if you book from 2pm to 4pm and you show up at 3pm, you will still only have the boat until 4pm unless you request to purchase more time and if the boat is available for the additionally requested time) Additionally and once the term is booked Renter and Owner will sign a standard bareboat charter rental agreement and a liability waver provided to the renter via email for electronic signature.
