Minors 13 years old or younger are required by law to wear life jackets at all times. - Operating Hours: Boating after normal business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm) is at the customer's own risk, including responsibility for any damages or emergency services needed. - No Alcohol or Drugs: Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the rental. 6. Images and Media: - Customers consent to American Marine taking and using photos or videos of them for promotional purposes.
