All riders must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of booking for a quick instructional briefing on the use of the skis. Anyone born before 1989 MUST complete the boaters course prior to rental. Additional Terms & Information
RULES AND REGULATIONS: -To ensure the safety of all our guests, we require that all riders arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled Jet Ski reservation for a safety briefing and to fill out necessary paperwork. -All riders must be at least 21 years old to rent and operate a Jet Ski, unless accompanied by someone born before 1988. A government-issued ID with a valid address and date of birth is required for all riders and passengers. -Deposits - $300 per Ski. The deposit is refundable once the skis are returned with no damages. -Florida law also requires a state-issued boater's license for anyone born after January 1, 1988, to rent or operate a PWC. You can obtain a temporary license at www.boat-ed.com/floridarental/ and bring a copy of your certificate (screenshot) for verification. -No shows and those arriving too late for the tour will be charged the full amount. -If we deem it necessary to cancel a rental due to inclement weather, we will refund or reschedule based on the customers request. There are no refunds once the jet skis depart.
