**Cancellation Policy:** To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, we regret to inform you that a 50% cancellation fee will apply. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. **Late Arrival Policy:** We urge all our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely check-in process. In the event of a late arrival, please note that we can only hold the boat for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals beyond this grace period may result in a shortened rental duration or, in certain cases, cancellation without refund. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend planning for extra travel time to the dock.
