Special requests for pick up can be made such as banners for birthdays or proactive shopping should things be forgotten. All on-board safety and policy instructions provided prior to or during departure must be adhered to. Failure to do so will not only endanger and compromise the well-being and/or integrity of passengers of the vessel and vessel itself but will result in termination of the trip with no guarantee of a refund. Weather will be monitored prior to departure. Rain does not prohibit trips but lightning / thunder will. If the passenger capacity of the excursion deems the travel in any weather predicament to increase probably risk and safety of the passengers, it's at the discretion of the captain to determine a go, no-go and requisite funds will be returned in full. If the captain finds fit to operate and take out the vessel under unideal weather situations, it's up to the requestor / payer to determine the go, no-go. Cancellations are permitted 24 hours prior to departure. No-shows without notification and/or explanation is subject lost privileges of a refund and consideration to suspend future travel. Please provide your name, date of preferred rental and a description to your outreach for any communication so proper dialog is tracked and audited for business and customer service centric purposes.
