Policies for cancellation and boat rules; 1. Weather Cancellations: - Trips may be canceled or rescheduled if the weather forecast predicts unsafe conditions (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms). - Customers will be notified promptly of any weather-related changes. - In case of a weather-related cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 2. Late or No-Show Bookings: - Customers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. - If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, the boat may depart without them, and no refund will be provided. - Canceling a booking less than 72 hours before departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. 3. Boat Rules: - Smoking is prohibited on board. - Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. - Glass containers are not permitted on the boat. 4. Other Concerns: - Customers must provide accurate booking information, including passenger count and special requests. Passengers all are required to sign our on line waiver prior to sailing. - Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and must take reasonable care to prevent loss or damage. - The charter company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a safety risk.
