Anyone without a charter boat permit is operating an illegal charter so be sure you aren't putting yourself and others at risk with an un-insured operator without a captains license or a permit! Not sure if your charter is legal? If they are meeting you at a boat ramp, that's in direct violation of Lake Norman charter boat policies so that's your first sign to ask to see their permits and licenses!  The 25′ Ultimate Luxury Tritoon boat is powered by a 350 HP Engine and is custom-designed with your comfort in mind.
