Rental Requirements: • Renters must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license. • All operators must be at least 18 years old and complete a safety briefing before taking the boat out. • A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. Additional Terms & Information
1. Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. In case of inclement weather (high winds, lightning, or unsafe water conditions), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. Full refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations. 2. Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy: Please arrive on time for your booking. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. For no-shows, no refunds will be provided. 3. Safety Considerations: • All renters must complete a pre-rental safety briefing before taking the boat out. • The maximum capacity of the boat is 12 passengers. Exceeding this limit is not allowed. 4. Boat Rules: • No smoking or open flames are permitted on the boat. • No alcohol may be provided or consumed while operating the boat. • Renters must follow all local water regulations and respect other lake users. 5. Cancellation Policy: • Full refund for cancellations made 5 days in advance. • Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will result in a 50% refund. 6. Optional Captain: An experienced captain can be provided upon request for an additional fee. This must be arranged at the time of booking. 7. Damage Policy: The renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period. A refundable security deposit will be held until the boat is returned and inspected. $2500.
