PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING: ALL Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE within 5 days of charter. If charter is cancelled due to Weather we will offer 1 time rescheduling or 50% refund. Charter begins at reservation star time. If you are late; you will have less time on the water. Persons must be 16 years or older and complete temporary jetski license to operate skis. Auto gratuity of 20% due upon arrival for parties of 6 or more. CANCELATION POLICY: 50% refund if the trip is canceled 7 days prior. 100% REFUND IF: 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach's location. BASED ON THE GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as a location. BASED ON THE GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term.
