Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 4 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
We closely monitor weather conditions, and the decision to depart is made by the captain at 4:00 PM on the evening prior to the scheduled trip. If the trip is cancelled, we will promptly notify you. In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued. For cancellations made by the customer, if cancelled two or three days prior to the booking, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. If cancelled on the day prior or the same day of the booking, 100% of the booking fee will be charged. Please also note that if you are 20 mins late on the day, we consider you canceled the trip.
