Cancellation Policy Our company’s cancellation policy is designed to protect the interests of the company and our customers. Please read the following terms carefully before making a reservation. 1. Cancellations by the Customer 1. Cancellation 30 days or more before the Rental Date: • Refund of 50% of the reservation amount. • The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee. 2. Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the Rental Date: • Refund of 25% of the reservation amount. • The remaining 75% will be retained as a cancellation fee. 3. Cancellation 14 days or less before the Rental Date: • No refund. • The entire reservation amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. 2. Cancellations by the Company The Company reserves the right to cancel any reservation in exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen mechanical failures. In such cases, customers will have the following options: • Full refund of the reservation amount. • Transfer of the reservation to another available date at no extra charge. 3. Reservation Modifications 1. Change of Rental Date: • One date change is allowed up to 30 days before the original rental date at no extra charge, subject to availability. • Any further changes or changes less than 30 days before the rental date will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy. 4. No Show If the customer does not show up on the day of the reservation without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation with no refund. 5. Special Provisions 1. Extreme Weather Conditions: • In case of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions, as determined by the Company and the relevant authorities, customers can choose between a full refund or transferring the reservation to another date at no extra charge. 6. Cancellation Communication All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@anchorboats.gr or by telephone at +306947420907. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the cancellation charges. 7. Acceptance of Terms By making a reservation, customers fully accept the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
