To ensure a smooth and enjoyable charter, please review our policies and guidelines below: #### 1. Weather Cancellation Policy - Weather Assessment: The safety of our guests is our top priority. Weather conditions will be assessed 24 hours prior to your charter. If conditions are deemed unsafe (high winds, storms, etc.), we will contact you to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options. - Cancellation Due to Weather: If a charter is canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your charter at no additional cost. #### 2. Late or No-Show Bookings - Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your scheduled charter, the trip duration may be shortened to accommodate other bookings. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. - No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full charter fee will be forfeited. We recommend communicating any issues as soon as possible. #### 3. Safety Considerations - Safety Briefing: A thorough safety briefing will be conducted before departure. All guests are required to participate and adhere to safety instructions. All guests shall sign a waiver form before departure. - Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided for all guests. We strongly encourage everyone to wear them when on deck, especially in open waters. - Alcohol Consumption: Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted. However, excessive drinking may result in the termination of the charter for safety reasons. #### 4. Boat Rules - No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted onboard the yacht. - Food and Beverages: Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. However, we ask that you avoid glass containers for safety reasons. - Respect for the Vessel: We kindly ask all guests to treat the yacht with care. Any damages incurred during the charter will be assessed and charged accordingly. #### 5. Cancellation Policy - Guest-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the charter date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 2-6 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund. - Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your charter, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. #### 6. Other Concerns - Children and Pets: Children are welcome onboard but must be supervised at all times. No pets are allowed on board. - Personal Items: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
