Additional Costs: Cost associated with fuel expenses are not included in the rental rate. Inquire for cost & availability of Captains or you may hire your own, subject to approval. Fuel cost will be paid by the Renter and charged based on usage at the prevailing price offered by local fuel docks. The Renter understands that all liabilities for injury, death or damage to property remain with the Renter, regardless of who may be operating the vessel at the time.
