Boat Rental Policy Agreement 1. Booking & Payment - A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full or a specified deposit amount. - The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before departure. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations made 5 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental date will receive a partial refund of 50%. - No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. - In case of severe weather conditions, the rental may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the owner. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. - Beyond the grace period, a late fee of $50 may be charged. - If renters do not arrive within 45 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 4. Safety Regulations - All passengers must comply with local and federal boating regulations. - Life jackets must be worn by all passengers under 13 years old and must be available for all onboard. - The operator of the boat must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 5. Boat Rules & Conduct - No smoking or illegal substances are allowed onboard. - Excessive drinking and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. - Renters must respect the boat and its equipment, returning it in the same condition as received. 6. Damage & Liability - The renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period. - A security deposit of $400 is required and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the boat. - Any necessary repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. 7. Fuel & Usage - The boat will be provided with a full tank of fuel. - The boat may only be operated within approved waterways and designated areas. 8. Insurance & Waivers - The renter must sign a liability waiver before boarding. - The renter acknowledges that they assume all risks and will not hold the boat owner responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost property.
