General Rules & Safety 1.     This is your day to have fun and I want to make that happen.  I am very willing to accommodate and customize your trip to ensure you have the very best experience possible.  If you have a particular request please ask 2.     Yes, you can bring inflatables, I do have an electric pump on board to quickly blow them up 3.     We will arrange a pick up and drop off on the lake that works best for you.  Recommend a bar that has overnight parking where you can leave your vehicle overnight if needed 4.    If you want to extend your cruise that is an option and will be paid upfront at the same hourly rate per the original booking 5.    In event of inclement weather, rain or extreme wind, rescheduling or postponing to later in the day is available at no additional cost, or a full refund if no new time is available 6.    Only reason to end charter early is disrespectful behavior, damaging the boat, or if someone gets very sick (could continue for rest of group) 7.    No same day bookings, please book at least one day in advance.  I need to get my schedule set and prepare the boat 8. Not a waterski, tubing, etc. boat.  This is a cruise in comfort boat, not a speed boat Boat Rules & Safety 1.    No riding on edge of boat or on the bow while boat is in motion 2.    No glass beer bottles.  Exception for liquor. Be careful, a cut foot ruins the day 3.    No smoking in the cabin 4.     Only toilet paper in toilet.  All feminine products please put in garbage can in the bathroom.  Anything other than toilet paper in the toilet will clog the line and render the bathroom unable to use 5.     Do not wear footwear on boat, water shoes are recommended for swimming 6.     Be respectful of the boat and do not intentionally damage 7.     I am not liable if injury is incurred on the boat due to reckless behavior, while swimming, walking on a dock, if safety rules are not followed, etc Pricing & Damage Deposit 1.     Price per hour will vary by group size, length of cruise, and day. Pricing will be between $200/hr - $350/hr; 4- hour minimum 2.    If you damage the boat, you may be held liable to compensate me for any and all repairs.  This includes plugging the toilet line, smoking in the cabin, tears or burns in the seats, any windows or screens, the bow hatch, anything in the bathroom, kitchenette, lights, boat ladder, aft door, etc 3.     I reserve the right to charge the card used for booking a $500 damage deposit if something is damaged.  I will take a five min or less walkthrough with you before and after the trip to go over the condition of the boat Items Provided on Board 1.     Adult and Child lifejackets 2.     Beach towels, I have about 16 3.     Sunscreen SPF 30 4.     Bug spray 5.     Toilet paper 6.     Paper towels 7.     Cooler (110 quart) 8.     Ice for the cooler, not for drinks 9.     Plastic cups 10.  Garbage bags 11.  Blankets 12.  Spotify account linked to the stereo 13.  First aid kit
