Policies, Terms, and Conditions 📃 Departure: Available for both Marina Todomar Bocagrande or as requested in the reservation. If departure from a different dock is desired, it must be mentioned at the time of booking. The service does not include boarding fees and/or departure taxes outside of Marina Todomar Bocagrande. Marina: It is suggested to arrive one hour before the scheduled departure time to avoid potential boarding delays due to congestion at the marina. If this recommendation is not followed, we will not be responsible for any delays in departure. Schedules: • For the Island Plan, departure can be scheduled starting at 9:00 AM. The return time must be no later than 5:00 PM at the dock. Earlier schedules may be subject to changes due to weather conditions and/or instructions from the Cartagena Port Authority (DIMAR). • An additional fee will be charged if passengers voluntarily extend the service beyond the agreed schedule. No-Show: A No-Show is considered when the final customer does not physically show up for the service on the day of the reservation. In such cases, the service will be considered canceled with no refund of the deposit. Prohibited: Smoking inside the boat, fireworks, and balloon decorations. DJ Equipment/RX/Luggage/Decorations: These must be mentioned before making a reservation for approval. It is suggested to provide photos, as some may not be accepted. If approved, an additional charge may apply. • DJ/RX equipment or similar must be loaded onto the boat from a dock other than Marina Todomar. • These items must have their own power supply and amplification; connecting to the boat’s power source is not allowed. Other Amenities: At the boat’s discretion, recreational floaters and/or snorkeling masks may be provided. For a higher or specific number of these amenities, an additional charge will apply. Route: Any specific route or destination must be communicated before booking. Otherwise, the standard market routes will apply: • Island Plan: Main destination Rosario Island, returning via Isla Barú, Cholón, Agua Azul, Playa Blanca, Tierrabomba. • Destinations outside these routes or revisiting previously visited locations during the service will incur an additional charge. Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost items during the service. It is the responsibility of the agency or the person booking the service to safeguard all passengers’ belongings upon boarding and disembarking. Once passengers have disembarked at the dock, all personal items are considered collected, and the service is deemed satisfactorily completed. Damage to Infrastructure: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the boat and agree to compensate for any damages incurred. Acceptance: The above terms are considered read, understood, and accepted by both the agency and its final customers for all future services upon booking. If no objections are explicitly raised upon receiving these terms, they will be deemed fully accepted. It is the duty and responsibility of the agency or intermediaries to communicate and explain these terms to their final customers.
