20' Duffy Classic Electric Boat Huntington Beach, California

The Renter acknowledges that they are renting this Duffy Boat from our company and that they are fully responsible for any damages caused to the Boat during the rental period. 1. The Renter agrees to obey all Coast Guard rules and regulations while operating the Boat. 2. The Renter acknowledges that there will be a $100 cleaning fee if the boat is returned in an excessively dirty condition. 3. The Renter acknowledges that there will be a $5 charge per minute for late returns of the boat. 4. The Renter agrees not to smoke, bring pets, or swim off the boat while on the water. 5. The Renter acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that may occur while the Renter is operating the Boat. 6. The Renter agrees to return the Boat in the same condition as it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. 7. The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee and any additional charges as outlined in the rental contract. 8. The Renter agrees to pay for any damages caused to the Boat during the rental period. 9. The Renter agrees to stay in the designated areas outlined on the map. 10. The Renter agrees to not go under any bridges under any circumstances. 11. This Agreement shall be binding on the Renter and the Company and their respective successors and assigns. 12. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the rental takes place. 13. If Renter arrives more than 30 minutes late we will consider this a no-show and the renter will be charged in full for the booking 14.The Renter acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
