It’s perfect for group outings with family or friends; this charter accommodates up to 13 guests. Depart from the scenic Miami River for a day of relaxation and adventure on the water. ABOUT THE BOAT The 41’ Silverton Flybridge Yacht is designed to provide both comfort and style. It features a spacious flybridge for sunbathing and socializing, an air-conditioned cabin, a bathroom, and a fully equipped sound system. It has leather seating areas for comfortable lounging, a small galley kitchen with a sink and other food preparation amenities, and all the required safety gear. WHAT’S INCLUDED Enjoy complimentary ice, water bottles, a cooler, and a floating mat. The captain’s price is also included in the rental's base price. A complimentary Jet Ski is also included when booking four hours or more (terms apply). WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED A $10 permit per driver is required to drive the Jet Ski if you do not already have one. Each Jet Ski allows for two drivers per hour. Tips are not included but are always appreciated. DEPARTURE LOCATION The yacht departs from the Miami River, with the exact location to be provided after confirmation of your rental reservation. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW You can bring your own food, drinks, and alcohol aboard. Please take advantage of our special promotion: receive one free hour of Jet Ski use or $100 off when you book for four hours or more, any day of the week. Bookings departing at 6 PM or later are not eligible for the complimentary Jet Ski. Late arrivals may result in the loss of Jet Ski time. Nice and easy. Exactly what we were looking for. Bridge gave us a terrific view while traveling. The cabin was spacious and comfortable (plush and air conditioned) to have our lunch. Captain and mate were accommodating and helpful to board/disembark with all of our stuff (food, drink, and baby). We had four adults and one infant. Plenty of room for more. Vessel and bathroom were clean. Very important when barefoot. It felt like my own boat - that's how comfortable I was.

WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY Miami is located in a tropical area of the world and has fast changing weather as well as micro-climates. Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). Cancelations due to weather conditions need to be done 6 hours prior to the departure of the trip As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website. LATE CANCELLATION POLICY Charter is allowed to be Cancelled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip! TIE-UPS Any tie-ups with other vessels must be coordinated in advance through GetMyBoat messaging platform. Details and other information about the involved vessels must be communicated and approved beforehand. WEEKDAY TRIP DELAYS The river bridge for the yacht does not open from 4:45PM-6PM on weekdays for rush hour traffic. Any late arrivals may cause the yacht to remain behind the bridge until the 6PM opening.
