- The cruise will be cancelled on that day and moved to another day if the Port Authority does not have permission because of the bad weather (big waves, strong wind, etc). In this case, trip can be rescheduled, but not refunded. - Since all the activities are focused on weather conditions, this is why Boat's will not be responsible for a full refund to the guests or agents if there is a bad weather on doing the activities that involves stopping the activities with regard to the safety of the guests. - Guests who are pregnant who have extreme chronic diseases such as heart attack, asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, respiratory disease, epilepsy, complications and other chronic diseases are not allowed to cruise, visit the island and engage in water sports activities. The guest must report their terms to our employees and/or crews for these conditions and fill out our safety agreement. - Boat's shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to carry out its operations as a result of a force majeur, such as Battle, Strike, Riots, Eruption, Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Lightning, Hurricane, Tsunami, Government New Policies & Regulation, Acts of God or other items that may be referred to as a force majeur state and anything beyond Boat's jurisdiction. - Renter is fully responsible of any lost and damages of boat's properties caused by the renter and their guests
