Weather Cancellation Policy - Severe Weather: Trips may be canceled due to severe weather conditions, such as storms or high winds. Safety is our top priority, and decisions will be made by the captain. - Rescheduling: In the event of a weather cancellation, you will have the option to reschedule your trip or receive a full refund. Late or No-Show Bookings - Late Arrivals: Guests are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may miss the trip, and no refunds will be issued. - No-Shows: If you do not show up for your booking, no refund will be provided. Safety Considerations - Safety Briefing: A safety briefing will be conducted before departure. All guests must pay attention and follow instructions. - Health Conditions: Passengers with health conditions that could be affected by boat travel should inform the crew in advance. Boat Rules - Alcohol and Drugs: The use of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited on board. Passengers found violating this rule will be disembarked immediately, and no refund will be issued. - Personal Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The crew is not liable for any lost or damaged items. - Behavior: Respectful and courteous behavior is expected from all passengers. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Other Concerns - Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Pets: Pets are not allowed on board unless specified in advance. - Booking Modifications: Changes to bookings (dates, times) must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated and could result in a forfeit of the booking fee. By adhering to these policies, we ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests.
