Sea-Doo Spark 3 Up Jet Ski

- Damage Deposit: Each jet ski operator is required to provide a damage deposit of $600. The rental agrees to have their ID placed on hold for the duration of the jet ski rental. The rental agrees to have their credit / debit card charged $600 if there is any damage to the jet ski while in their possession or $2.500 if the jet ski is totaled (beyond repair). Initials ­­­­­agreement ________ - Arrival Time: Operators must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may lead to cancellation without a refund. - Identification Requirements: All operators must present a physical government-issued ID and their own credit/ debit card. Digital copies or pictures will not be accepted. - Age and Height Restrictions: Operators must be at least 21 years old. - Cancellation Notice: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. To cancel, the reservation please contact us. - Refunds: Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours. - Weather Concerns: If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund, decided the morning of operation. - Life Jackets must be on at all time while operating the jet ski per USCG law  - The key needs to be attached at all times to the life jacket - No wake zone (no waves)– you will have to go slow until you get out in to the lake and same while coming back and entering the no wake zone. - Do not go on the river or on the shore
