A signed waiver is required for swimming - No red wine, colored juices, or staining food - RENTER IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE VESSEL! Weather Policy: If it is unsafe to operate on the day of your charter due to weather, then we will give you a full refund or reschedule on a date/time the boat is available. Rental Rates: Weekday Rentals (Monday - Thursday) ($225 Per Hour - 3 Hour Minimum) Weekend (Friday - Sunday): ($225 Per Hour - 3 Hour Minimum) All special event days the price may increase to $300 hr) Please note, this charter rate does not include the Captain's fee and fuel. The fuel fee depends on the charter destination. Please note, we provide a captains list for you, once you select the captain you must pay the captain for his/her services. The Captain's fee averages approximately $75-100 per hour. Getmyboat will collect the Boat Cost and Captain Cost together when you book your trip, you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Getmyboat to ensure compliance with current regulations.  *Weekend Preset Time Slots* 10am - 1pm 2:45pm - 5:45pm 7:30pm - 10:30pm (Fireworks) Additional Information: • River cruising is not permitted. • Smoking is prohibited onboard. • Tie-ups require prior consent, additional fees, and signed waivers may apply.
