REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK: •Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve or operate •Any renter born after September 1st,1993 must complete a Boater Safety Course prior to any equipment release. Texas Boating Safety Course: BoatUS Foundation  •Signed release/ liability/ damage waivers by all clients who wish to operate the Personal Watercraft •Photo ID •$385 Refundable Security Deposit - (Full deposit is refunded back to client upon return of all equipment in its original working condition) CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:  •You may cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking and receive a full refund •A cancellation between 48:59:59 hours and 3 hours prior to your scheduled booking will be honored under the condition that an $89.00 fee will be retained and the remainder of the balance will be refunded •Any cancellation under 3 hours prior to your scheduled booking or Failure to be present/ arrive for the equipment exchange will be charged the full amount with no refund (FAILURE TO BE PRESENT/ ARRIVE is described as not physically at the boat ramp or designated meeting spot on time with a 5 minute grace period) •5 minute grace period example - 11am booking time, 11:05am and you are not physically signing the required paperwork, you will be charged the full amount and forfeit your appointment time slot •we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, for any reason •HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS: In the event that thunderstorms are in the area, you may reschedule or cancel your booking and receive a full refund
