Safety Considerations: - A basic understanding of boat operation is required. Renters must adhere to all safety guidelines, including keeping a safe distance of 1 nautical mile from the shore for vessels that don’t require a license. - All boats are equipped with legally required safety equipment, including GPS tracking. - Renters must carry a fully charged mobile phone with cellular service for emergencies. - The rental may be canceled if the renter is deemed unfit to operate the boat due to inexperience or unsafe behavior. Terms and Conditions: - Boats are rented with or without a captain, based on preference. - Renters must be 21 years or older and proficient in Greek or English to understand instructions. - Alcohol consumption is not permitted unless a captain is booked. - Time spent on orientation and sea trials counts as part of the rental duration.
