Welcome aboard! Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Cancellation & Weather Policy: - Weather Cancellations: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. Safety is our top priority, and if we must cancel due to weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. - Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter will forfeit the full payment. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: - Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time without a refund. - No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount with no refund. Safety Considerations: - Safety Briefing: All passengers must attend a mandatory safety briefing prior to departure. - Life Jackets: Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times for passengers under 12 years old, and as directed by the captain. - Alcohol Consumption: While alcohol is permitted onboard, excessive drinking and unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in early termination of the charter without refund. Boat Rules: - No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted onboard for safety reasons. - Shoes: We kindly request that guests remove shoes before boarding to protect the vessel. - Fishing & Water Sports: Fishing and water sports are allowed only if pre-arranged with the captain and subject to availability. Damage Policy: - Any damages caused to the vessel or its equipment due to negligence or failure to follow crew instructions will be charged to the renter.
