Rental Terms: - Weather Policy: Safety comes first. In the event of severe weather (lightning, high winds, or heavy rain), we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Overcast skies or light rain do not qualify for cancellation. Captain sole discretion. - Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Your rental time begins at the scheduled start time. No-shows or late arrivals will not receive time extensions or refunds, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early for boarding. - Safety: A licensed captain is provided and in control at all times. All passengers must follow captain’s instructions for safety. Life jackets are available for all guests and must be worn by children under 13, as required by law. - Capacity Limit: We strictly enforce the maximum number of passengers allowed by law. Overloading will result in cancellation without refund. - Alcohol & Behavior: Alcohol is allowed for guests 21+. However, disorderly or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and may result in early termination of your trip with no refund. - No Smoking / Drugs: Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted on the boat. - Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself. Excessive messes or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. - Slide Use: Use the slide at your own risk. Only one person at a time.
