Daily rental comes 3/4 full tank and can be returned with .5 gallon of gas in tank  Safety equipment provided must be used at all times  BOATER LICENSE NOT required We issue proper boater operating forms to u upon rental good in ALL OF CALIFORNIA rental contracts allows for operation of Jetski during term of rental  MORE DETAILED RULES AND CONDITIONS WIL BE DISCUSSED AND PROVIDED TO RENTER AT TIME OF COMMENCEMENT OF RENTAL  WE OFFER NO COVERAGE to cover personal injuries or equipment, RIDERS are fully responsible and liable for there own injuries and the injuries they may cause to others  We require $400 deposit at lake without trailer and $500 at lake with trailer $500 at ocean and that’s per Jetski Deposit must be paid in Credit Card  “ZELLE” or “Cashapp”  or in Cash at launch and deposit is refunded assuming there is no damage at, or before 11:59 am next day after rental ends. Cashapp or cash refund is refunded within 48hours or rental term ending  Any and all DAMAGE or CHARGES that occur during rental term will be paid in full by Renters listed on contract immediately upon request by LETS GO JET SKI RENTALS  RENTER IS LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO DOCK OR PERSONS OR EQUIPMENT AND ARE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW ALL LAWS.  VIOLATIONS OF CONTRACT IN ANY WAY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF RENTAL. WE DEEM THE RIGHT TO CANCEL CONTRACT IF CONTRACT IS  VIOLATED IN ANY WAY  ROLL OVER/WATER in storage compartments fee of $500 will be charged if jet ski is flipped,  Sea weed or any lake debris, rocks etc. damage the Jetski and the renter will be held liable If you are late we give 90 minute  grace period if u don’t come you will still be charged full rental price after 90 minutes we will leave and u will be responsible still for the rental!  Grace period to return is 10 min pass scheduled return time if you are late returning them you will also be charged $40 per 15 minutes so please be on time only renters on contract  are allowed to operate jet ski contract must be signed and picture of I D must be taken on rental day at signing time. Jetski must be returned with 1 bar of gas on meter. Out of gas fee is $100  No Person is to ride WITHOUT waiver and/or Contract. All persons under 18 must have waiver signed by accompanied adult and picture taken with waiver and adults I.D and person.  All drivers MUST have “DRIVERS CONTRACT” (we write for all drivers) It is a state law. It legally allows those with contract legal right to operate JET SKIS during contract term.  LETS HAVE FUN! LETS GO JETSKI! WATCH OUT FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE ON THE WATER.
