Weather Assessment: The weather conditions will be assessed by the boat rental provider or designated representative on the day of the rental. 2. Cancellation Determination: If the weather conditions are determined to be unsuitable for the rental, it is the renter's responsibility to contact the boat rental provider to inquire about the status of the rental. 3. Renter Initiated Contact: The renter must proactively reach out to the boat rental provider at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled rental start time to inquire about any potential weather-related cancellations. 4. Notification Availability: If the boat rental provider determines that adverse weather conditions warrant a cancellation, they will notify the renter of the cancellation and discuss options for rescheduling or obtaining a full refund. 5. Rebooking Option: In the event of a weather cancellation, the renter will have the option to reschedule the rental for another available date and time within a mutually agreed-upon period. The boat rental provider will work with the renter to find a suitable alternative date. 6. Full Refund Option: If rebooking is not possible or desired, the renter may be offered a full refund of the rental fee, subject to the boat rental provider's refund policy. Please note that it is the renter's responsibility to initiate contact with the boat rental provider in the event of a potential weather cancellation. This stipulation ensures effective communication and allows for timely decision-making, ultimately ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all parties involved.
