• Guests can cancel due to bad weather or sudden emergencies with 100% of their refund back up to 3 days prior • Rental starts from the specified time agreed on (whether you are late or not) and ends at the time of dropoff. • Renters can be charged additional fees for any damages on the boat, Please be safe and cautious. • Extended time can be provided to guests upon request. •Food, drinks, fishing gears & other accessories are allowed on boat and will be guests responsibility. I kindly ask that all guests be cautious with any components on on the boat and keep the area as clean as possible. •If Fishing, Guests must abide to the rules & regulations for fishing and provide their own fishing equipments. Fishing license will be on board provided by the Captain.
