1.0 - Onboard services: To offer maximum comfort during the tours, we provide a full onboard service with barbecue, cold cuts, fresh fruit and drinks. Take advantage of this convenience to relax and enjoy every moment of your experience. 1.2 - Cancellations due to weather: In situations of adverse weather conditions, we prioritize the safety of our customers. Therefore, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled. Guests will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule. 1.3 - Delays and absences: Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals may result in a reduction in the rental time, with no possibility of refund. If the customer does not show up, the reservation fee will not be refunded. 1.4- Safety on board: All passengers must respect safety guidelines. Life jackets are available and must be used as indicated. The captain's instructions must be followed at all times. 1.5 - Rules for using the boat: Preserve the vessel and its equipment. - Alcohol consumption should be moderate and the use of any illegal substance is prohibited. 1.6 - Additional responsibilities: Any damage caused during the rental period is the responsibility of the guests.
