Frequently Asked Question What happens if I have to cancel my charter? Cancellations made four days before the date of your charter are subject to a 20% penalty charge. Less than four days notice the penalty charge is 50%. Less than 24 hours notice the penalty charge is the full cost of the charter. What happens in the event of bad weather? You never know when a shower may pop up so it's best to come prepared pending the forecast. In the event, we cancel your charter due to bad weather we will reschedule as soon as possible. If you cannot reschedule there is no charge. Yes, alcoholic beverages are allowed. However, for everyone’s safety, glass containers are not permitted - metal or plastic containers only, please. We ask that everyone drinks responsibly. What is the customary Tip or gratuity? You are welcome to compensate our crew based on your experience and it is very much appreciated. Most people tip our crew 15-20% of the total charter cost.
