PLEASE BE ON TIME! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS for late arrivals! Parking, Traffic, must be kept in mind. Rental timing will NOT be adjusted if you or your party is late! Late charge of $250 per 30 mins will apply if you are driving and you return the boat more than 10 mins late. (STRICTLY ENFORCED TO RESPECT OTHER RESERVATIONS) For Drivers: Only Licensed / Experienced Boaters are allowed. If you do not carry a boaters license and do not have experience, I can help arrange a captain/ driver. No new-time Boaters will be given the boat without 50Hrs+ experience driving vessels this size! Boat Rules: NO more than the allowed capacity on the vessel (includes driver) NO SMOKING allowed on the vessel. NO RED WINE/ RED Drinks allowed on the vessel. NO RED Hot Chips allowed on the vessel. NO Sunscreen Spraying allowed on the vessel. NO PETS allowed on the vessel. NO SHOES allowed on the vessel. NO TIE-UPs allowed. Cancelation/Weather Policy: For weather reasons, cancelations could happen ANYTIME depending on MARINE WEATHER changes. Thunderstorms / If Waves on the Lake are over two feet and/or there is a small craft advisory out on the lake, all bookings will be canceled or rescheduled. Deposit will be fully refundable if that happens. Safety Over Fun always! Once boat leaves the dock, There are NO REFUNDS/RESCHEDULES/EXCEPTIONS whatsoever.
