TERMS AND CONDITIONS  All private charters must be paid in advance at the time of booking Without payment, Booking is not available and the company does not keep reservations for desired days. They fill up automatically. All charters depart from the company dock at Sittee River at the agreed time. If guests do not show up at the agreed time – it's your time and it will be no time extension or refund. All charters are equipped with all necessary gear for Fishing/Snorkeling, safety equipment, refreshments, snacks, lunch, drinks. All charters have experienced crew with local tour guide with good knowledge of the Caribbean waters, fish and fauna. When you snorkel – listen to your tour guide. He will show you the best places to snorkel to see Caribbean corals, fish and everything else you can see underwater. Rule # 1. Do not touch anything underwater. You can hurt the environment or the environment can hurt you. Captain makes the rules on board. *No one intoxicated person will be allowed to enter the boat at the time of departure. *No drugs or firearms permitted on board. *Smoking is allowed with caution only at the back of the boat. *If anybody of the guests party breaks or destroyed the boat or boat equipment they must pay for it. *If anybody in guests party, during the charter, becomes intoxicated and unruled Captain has the authority to restrain that person, cancel the charter and return to the dock. *If weather conditions not allowed for a good charter and Captain offer another day for the charter, but the guest party agreed to go, it will be no refund when later on the guest party asks or Captain decided to return to the dock because the weather conditions are unsafe. *After the boat lives the dock and anybody of the guest party becomes seasick or anything else and asks to return to the dock it will be no refund. The deposit is not refundable. Our company and crew of the “Sun Breeze” will do all possible for guests to enjoy the charter and make it an unforgettable adventure.
