K.M.Huey-1 is an 82 foot steel motor yacht fitted out for extended 7 -14 days trips around the 500 mile long island chain off the coast of West Sumatra. We cater for all types of groups whether it be for surfing, fishing, spearfishing or family tours. Our resident chef has been on the boat for 16 years and is a magician in the galley. Come and visit our special part of paradise. You won't be disappointed.

OwnerI went to school by tinboat from the age of 8 years. When I left school I travelled from Sydney to Western Australia where I worked on commercial crab, prawn, scallop and fishing vessels until the late 90's.I bought Huey-1 in 2005 and have been runnung successful surfing, spearfishing, fishing and family holiday tours ever since.

Terms and Conditions M.V. Huey-1 Any form of payment or part payment for the Charter of K.M. Huey-1 constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated on this site For single person bookings a non-refundable deposit of One Thousand Australian Dollars ($1000 USD) per person is due at the time of booking. For full boat bookings a non-refundable deposit of Ten Thousand Australian Dollars ($10,000 Aud) is due at the time of booking. For full boat bookings total balance is due 60 days before departure regardless of numbers. Booking is not secured until deposit has been received. This is a first come first served basis. Deposits can be transferred to a third party for the same charter only. Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to departure and is non-refundable but can be transferred to a third party for the same charter only. Whilst all care and safety measures are taken by the owners and staff of K.M. Huey-1, once boarding the vessel, all passengers and clients agree that in no way the owners, operators, employees and agents are liable for any consequential damages. A travel insurance policy, including a Medi-Vac clause is mandatory for travel aboard K.M. Huey-1. The owners/operators assume no liability to take out insurance for their passengers. K.M. Huey-1 assumes no liability for personal injury of any kind, property damage or theft (traveling to/from the boat and whilst on board), delays due to weather, mechanical trouble, strikes, airline arrival/departure times, civil disturbances, acts of God or any other event we are unable to control. We do not accept responsibility for the loss/ late arrival of surfboards, surfboard bags or luggage. Prohibited substances are not tolerated aboard K.M. Huey-1. Passengers do so at their own risk and will be ejected from the vessel if caught. The captain reserves the right to remove any passengers from K.M. Huey-1 that endangers the well being and safety of the vessel, its passengers or crew, in accordance with Maritime Law.
