VESSEL The vessel is a 27.5-foot speedboat with a floating, positive floating (does not sink even with damaged hull), with bathroom, fishing equipment and navigation of last generation (VHF, professional sonar, SPOT satellite tracker, AIS receiver, GPS c / nautical chart, radar reflector, ambient sound, lights, full salvage, 225HP stern motor), all for greater safety and better fishing results. The boat is duly registered in the Captaincy of the Ports to sail in open sea. Our qualification also allows sailing in the open sea, which we have been doing for more than 20 years. FISHING PROCEDURES We fished, trolling, jumping jig (vertical fishing - very sporting modality) and pargueiras in deep waters, with natural and artificial baits. Our fishing takes place at the height of the continental shelves, distant approximately 35/40 km from the coast, making a total of approximately 150 km, round trip. The vertical fishing in the jigging mode, which requires knowledge and technique of the fisherman, in addition to specific material, will depend on the consent of the fisherman in conducting his own material or rent the electric reels and baits that we provide only with responsibility and acceptance of the conditions and values below. If the fishermen do not intend to fish with vertical jigging, the fishery will preferably take the trolling mode (we provide 4 trolling trolleys without cost) and possibly of pargueiras, the latter by renting the electric reels, also, in the values below. In such cases, the fishery may be rescheduled / rescheduled or, in the latter case, canceled with restitution of the amount advanced, less any perishable supply costs, provided that it occurs until the scheduled date.
