This interpretive tour will showcase the beauty of the mountains while you are taken through some of the most magnificent areas Hinton has to offer. This river is class 1 or class 2 at high water and is recommended for all ages. All the gear and expert instruction is provided on every tour. You will spend 1.5 hours on the river traveling between the historic David Thompson lookout and Hinton’s very own River Front Park. You will see some of the geological phenomenon’s that happened millions of years ago carving this river through the foothills from the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Our drivers will take professional photos of you while on tour for purchase after completion. It is a regular occurrence to see wildlife on this tour including deer, elk, eagles, and bear.
