Charter for as low as $300per hour (minimum 1 hour). Captain Hagen and his boat exceeded our expectations. He set up a neat little mahogany table for our food and supplied ice cold water and ice. The boat is a classic! It was a perfect picnic boat excursion. He took us to a great little cove and anchor so we could swim around while enjoyed our food. Captain Hagen also had some great trivia and pointed out landmarks in the area. Heet us have our privacy and visit with each other, which was nice.

Captain Hagen is a marvelous human, and took us to some outstandingly beautiful locations in his elegant wooden vessel the MarlinSpike. He hoisted us an English and French flag, as my partner is French and I'm a Londoner. The boat is spacious and there are seats in the back and on the front. Best of all Captain Hagen is multi lingual so very easy to communicate with. Knowledgable about the area around Sag Harbor, and also caring about his passengers, the boat trip was the highlight of our holiday. Thank you Captain Hagen, if we are ever back this way we will take another voyage with you and your skipper, whose name I didn't catch, but both of you made our day. Thank you.

Our family of 4 had a great time. Terrific Captain, Great boat , Beautiful surroundings , Interesting to see the view of Shelter Island from the water. The Captain shared a lot of knowledge in a very enjoyable manner. Highly recommend the trip

Captain Hagan was a wonderful host on his boat for my friends and I. We got to anchor and explore a little remote island and showed us a few famous homes along the trip. We would use him again in a heartbeat for our next trip!

Weather consideration: In the case that there is a foul weather situation, the captain will determine if it is safe to continue. If it is deemed to be unsafe or too unpleasant, the client will be offered the opportunity to re-book for a later date. Late or no-show bookings: Please do your best to be prompt and on time to your charter, as we schedule charters back to back and cannot always run past to make up for it. If you do not show up at all, there is no refund. If you have an extenuating circumstance or an emergency that causes you to not show up, then we can offer the chance to re-book for a future date at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding! We will do our best to be as accommodating as possible. Safety: Our captains are professional and highly experienced, and safety is utmost priority on board. The captain has the final say in how the charter goes, and it is expected that this will be heeded. Should the captain feel that there is an unsafe situation, the decision to end the charter early is up to them. If the situation is unsafe because of the behavior of the client and/or their guests, there will be no refund/re-book and a potential ban from future services.
