The captain will have the solo responsibility of determining if the weather conditions are safe enough to charter in. 2. Captain included in the price. 3. Charter starts at the agreed upon time. If the charter is not ready to leave the dock at the agreed time. They will not be awarded make up time. 4. Captain will go over all his safety rules before the vessel leaves the dock. 5. All passengers must sign the responsibility waiver before entering the doc. 6. Monday- Thursday $200-250. Weekends $350-$450 7. PRICE IS A CASE BY CASE SITUATION.
