- Minimum age requirement to rent the boat is 18 years old. - ID or passport number, address, telephone number, email, and c card are required to carry out the rental. - The company maintains the privilege of denying service to customers who do not comply with the advice and directives provided by the captain in charge of their trip. - The company places the utmost importance on safety, requiring customers to diligently observe company instructions from any team member or captain. Adherence to instructions, as well as compliance with established rules and regulations, constitute valid reasons to terminate the rental contract without the possibility of refund. - The boat can only be used for personal, recreational purposes, and not for commercial purposes. - The vessel will not be used for illicit purposes, nor will illegal substances or contraband be transported. - The renter must follow all safety regulations established by the captain and the competent authorities. This may include, among other things, the use of life jackets, the prohibition of smoking or alcohol on board, and the observance of navigation laws. - The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed arrival time at the marina. - Our company agrees to maintain insurance coverage for the vessel during the complete rental period. - The captain will decide whether to stay on the trip or go to port according to weather forecasts. - Although it is not mandatory for adults to wear a life jacket, the Company encourages safety-conscious passengers to request and wear a life jacket if they desire additional safety measures. - There is a $100 charge for misuse of the toilet (if it gets clogged). - Smoking is prohibited on the boat. - Minors are prohibited from drinking alcoholic beverages. - Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. - Children must always be accompanied by an adult and if they go swimming it is at their own risk. - Our company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the life jackets provided. However, the Customer acknowledges that the Company cannot guarantee the absence of allergens, skin irritants or any adverse reactions that may arise from the use or wear of this safety equipment.
